Hosted by Mental Health Mondays
There’s a kind of exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix.
It’s the kind that comes from being the one others rely on.The one who shows up, holds it together, keeps going.
From the outside, your life may look steady—even successful. But internally, something feels off.Disconnected.Distant from yourself.
You may find yourself wondering:When did I start feeling like a stranger in my own life?
This retreat was created for women who are tired of functioning on the surface while feeling depleted underneath.
Not broken. Not failing.Just… worn down from carrying too much for too long.
This is not a traditional getaway. And it’s not just a break from your life.
It’s a gentle, intentional return to yourself.
Over the course of this retreat, you’ll be invited to slow down, step out of your usual roles, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been pushed aside in the name of responsibility, survival, or expectation.
Through a blend of guided reflection, experiential work, and meaningful connection, we will create space for:
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you were before the exhaustion, the expectations, and the constant output took over.
It’s about shifting from:
And perhaps most importantly—
Learning to relate to yourself not as someone to push harder…but as someone worthy of care, compassion, and attention.
This experience may be a good fit if you:
You don’t have to have it all figured out to come.
You don’t need to be in crisis. And you don’t need to show up as anything other than you are.
If something in you feels tired…or quietly longing for more…
that’s enough.
This is your invitation to come back to yourself.
