We want this experience to feel accessible while honoring the depth of what is being offered.
Retreat Investment: $500 per person
Includes all meals, a journal and pen, a shared bedroom space with at least one other person, and access to Gull Lake Ministries amenities including pickleball court, beach, bowling alley, and much more!

Do I need to be in therapy to attend?
No. While this retreat is clinically informed, it is open to anyone who feels aligned with the experience.
Is this a therapy retreat?
This is not a substitute for individual therapy, but it is led with clinical insight and intention. The experience is designed to be reflective, supportive, and growth-oriented.
What if I’m not comfortable sharing in a group?
You are always in control of what you choose to share. There is no pressure to speak beyond what feels safe and appropriate for you.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a journal (if you prefer your own), and anything that helps you feel grounded—this might include a favorite blanket, book, or personal item.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable due to the limited number of spots. Additional payments may be refundable up to a certain date on a case by case basis.
Who is this not a good fit for?
This retreat may not be the best fit if you are currently in acute crisis or in need of a higher level of care. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out before registering.
